Cancellations
Request cancellation before the affected item is fulfilled for shipment. Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled. See the Return, refund & cancellation policy for details and exceptions.

Never email full payment-card numbers, passwords, or security codes. If reporting a damaged or incorrect item, include a description and photographs where practical.
