About these terms
These terms apply to the Submit to Rome storefront and purchases made through its secure checkout. Submit to Rome is a clothing brand based in Denton, Texas, United States. The Legal notice identifies the store and its customer-contact information.
When you place an order, you agree to the terms and policies made available at checkout. Our Shipping policy, Return, refund & cancellation policy, Privacy policy, and Legal notice provide additional information about the purchase and use of the store. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority over conflicting wording.
Ordering and eligibility
You must be legally able to make a purchase or have the permission required from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and use only a payment method you are authorized to use.
Your order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment if payment cannot be verified, the product cannot be supplied, a material listing error occurs, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or unlawful activity. We will notify you and promptly refund amounts collected for any items we cancel. We will not increase an agreed price or substitute another item without your consent.
Products and pricing
Our apparel is made to order. Review measurements, sizes, colors, and product details carefully. Screens and photographs may display colors differently, and reasonable print-placement variations can occur. These explanations do not excuse goods that are defective or materially different from their description.
Prices and checkout charges are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable shipping and taxes are disclosed before payment. Free US standard shipping applies at $50 USD or more in merchandise after discounts and before tax, subject to the Shipping policy. Changes to future prices do not retrospectively change a completed purchase.
Payments and fulfillment
Our service providers handle secure checkout, payment processing, production, and delivery. Their involvement does not remove our obligations to you as the seller. Do not send full card details, passwords, or security codes to customer care.
Orders are shipped only within the United States. Production time is additional to the estimated 7–12 business-day standard transit period after dispatch. See the Shipping policy for charges, tracking, delays, and delivery terms.
Cancellations, returns, and order issues
You may request cancellation before the affected item is fulfilled for shipment; eligible requests received before fulfillment are accepted and refunded. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled. We do not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns or exchanges after fulfillment because apparel is made to order. Refunds remain available for accepted cancellations and approved or legally required remedies, including qualifying damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered orders. Permitted use and intellectual property
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or site operation, impersonate another person, or misuse someone else’s information. We may restrict abusive or unlawful access.
Original brand materials, product artwork, photographs, text, and software may be protected by intellectual-property law. No permission is granted to commercially reproduce protected designs or assets without the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where the law permits it. Third-party materials retain their respective ownership and licensing terms.
Privacy and external services
The Privacy policy explains the handling of personal information. Payment and other external services may also have their own applicable terms and privacy notices. A link does not guarantee another provider’s availability or imply endorsement.
Service availability and legal rights
We use reasonable care to maintain the site, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access or absolute security. We will address material order or listing errors fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes are governed by applicable United States federal law and Texas law, while preserving any mandatory protections available to the customer. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that applicable law protects.
Questions and changes
Email submitoromesupport@gmail.com about an order, these terms, or a dispute. We will try to resolve concerns fairly. Material changes will be dated and apply prospectively; they do not remove rights attached to an order already placed.
