Scope and store operator

This policy explains how Submit to Rome handles personal information through its storefront, checkout, and order services. Submit to Rome is a clothing brand based in Denton, Texas, United States. For privacy questions, email submitoromesupport@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact customer care, information can include your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, purchased items, sizes and colors, order history, payment status, and information or photographs you provide about a cancellation or product issue. Our payment providers process payment details. The custom storefront does not collect or store full payment-card numbers.

The custom storefront stores selected variant identifiers and quantities in your browser tab and your essential-storage preference on your device. Hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device information, request times, and security logs.

How information is used

We use information to process payments and orders, arrange production and delivery, send order updates, respond to questions, handle cancellations and refunds, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing or additional tracking, if introduced, requires any notices, choices, or permissions required by applicable law.

Who receives information

Relevant information is shared with ecommerce service providers, payment processors, hosting and security providers, production and fulfillment providers, delivery carriers, and advisers when needed for their services. This can include contact and delivery details, purchased items, transaction information, and support correspondence. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to establish or protect legal rights.

Cookies and platform settings

The custom storefront currently uses essential storage for the shopping bag, privacy choice, and private-site access. It does not install its own advertising pixels or analytics tags. Its cookie controls apply only to that custom storefront.

Checkout and account pages may use additional cookies and data processing according to their enabled features and services. Review the privacy notices and controls shown on those pages, including any choices concerning targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information. The custom storefront’s essential-only setting does not control separate third-party pages.

Retention, security, and processing locations

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet recordkeeping duties, and resolve disputes. The custom storefront’s bag is normally removed when its browser tab or window closes. Your privacy preference remains until it is replaced or you clear local storage.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information outside your state or country. Applicable privacy protections and legal requirements continue to apply.

Your privacy choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. Email submitoromesupport@gmail.com to submit a privacy request or appeal a decision. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally required. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

You can clear or restrict browser storage; doing so may affect the shopping bag or sign-in. Separate service providers may also offer privacy choices through their own notices and controls.

Children and updates

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact customer care if you believe a child has provided information so it can be addressed. We will date material updates to this notice and provide further notice or obtain consent where required by law.
